Craving for Garlic Bread?? let’s make one for your love one and yourself…
Easy, yummy, healthy…crispy or soft…you pick one :D
- 1 loaf of French bread
- 1/2 cup butter, softened (with room temperature)
- 2 large cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- Parmesan herbs
- Options : freshly chopped parsley
- Preheat oven to 160C
- Mix all the mixture until well combined
- Cut the bread
- Soft method: cut and make 1 inch thick slices into the bread but do not go all the way to the bottom. Put/ spread the mixture between each slice,
- Crispy method: cut the bread in half and cut them in pieces after spread the butter on it.
- Toasted it for about 15 mins or until golden brown.
- Serve hot and crispy. Well serve with mushroom soup or pizza :D
