Weekend especially Sunday is our super duper lazy day where we love to stay at home…sleep till noon…watch movie at home…and go out (if necessary) on nite time ( sounds like vampire :P). So we try to cook every Sunday for our brunch so we can enjoy our day at home :D ~ HomeDay

  2. Steam the spinach with salt water, drained it and coarsely chopped
  3. Cook the bacon and sausage till crispy. While whisk the egg mixtures along with spinach, salt and pepper(options: put along with the cooked mushroom and onion and milk together)

  5. Bake the pasty on the central oven rack for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove it from the oven and set it on a cooling rack for a while
  7. Slowly fill he mixtures evenly in the pastry shell and sprinkle the crispy bacon and sausage and cheese on the top of it.
